These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ab365 platform and all its services. By creating an account on ab365 or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms listed below. 2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play on ab365. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, and any such account found will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. ab365 reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or family members, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same device.
2.3 Registration Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Registering with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation. ab365 may at any time request documents necessary for identity verification.
2.4 Account Verification
For security purposes, ab365 reserves the right to verify users' identities. Verification may typically require a national identity card or other government-issued ID. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login information secure. Sharing login information with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to ab365 support immediately.
3.2 Password Policy
Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly helps with security. Never use your date of birth, phone number, or easily guessable information as a password.
3.3 Account Suspension & Closure
ab365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or unethical activity.
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false information.
- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ab365 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks in Bangladesh such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks may be used.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, some cases may take additional time due to identity verification or security checks. The account requesting a withdrawal must be registered in the name of the account holder who made the deposit.
Important: Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of ab365's security policy to protect funds.
4.4 Deposit Confirmation
When a deposit is completed successfully, funds are added to the account instantly. If a deposit does not go through for any reason, contact the support team directly and keep proof of the transaction (transaction ID or screenshot).
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at ab365, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. ab365's wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount and applies only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are awarded only to real individual accounts.
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- ab365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
ab365's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to a higher level based on regular gaming activity and receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games offered on ab365 are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses advanced technology to ensure SSL encryption and fair play. Game outcomes are controlled by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Rules
A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded. ab365 reserves the right to reject bets in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
6.3 Game Providers

6.4 Technical Issues
If a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, ab365's decision will be final in that case. ab365 will not bear any liability for losses caused by issues with the user's device.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab365 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using fraud, manipulation, or any form of dishonest tactics.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Coordinated attempts to abuse bonus benefits.
- Attempting to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
- Impersonating another user.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behavior.
ab365 reserves the right to notify relevant authorities about suspicious activity.
Intellectual Property & Assets
8.1 Ownership
All content on the ab365 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, and other elements — is protected under ab365's intellectual property rights. No user may copy, modify, distribute, or use these elements for commercial purposes.
8.2 Personal Use
Users may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Written approval from ab365 is required to reproduce or republish any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
ab365 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service at all times. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. ab365 will not be liable for any compensation in such cases.
9.2 Limitation of Loss
ab365 is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming. Winning or losing in gaming is entirely at the user's own risk. Appeals regarding game outcomes are not accepted except in cases of technical error.
